This rock-n-roll style Stone Mountain engagement session is part 2 of a series I’m currently putting out on “Unique Engagement Session Locations in Atlanta, Georgia”.
If you missed last week, Part 1 of the series was located at The Briarcliff Mansion’s abandon greenhouse.
You can see the entire shoot by clicking HERE.
(Psst – you’ll definitely want to check it out if you haven’t already.)
Now I know Stone Mountain may come off as a pretty obvious place for an engagement shoot but I doubt you’ve ever seen it done like this.
Trust me, I’ve scoured the internet.
Since I couldn’t find examples of what I was envisioning I decided it would be in my best interest to just go out and make it happen myself.
As fate would have it these two incredible people were totally down for the adventure.
Allison & Trey were honest to God some of the nicest people I’ve ever met.
Just the right amount of sincere kindness, southern charm & sassy humor.
Guys. I can’t stop saying this but it’s so true:
I get to work with the absolute COOLEST people on the Earth.
Their love could light up a room (or in this case a mountain top), so it made it pretty dang easy for me to fall in love with them and even easier for me to capture their story.
The two were celebrating Allisons birthday so an otherwise camera shy Trey reluctantly joined us so he could gift his girl this photoshoot.
Looking at the photos you would have zero idea that he was anything other than a pro.
They got totally into it, with lots of wind blown cuddles and even a mountain top waltz.
Spins and all!
I couldn’t have asked for a better afternoon.
Enjoy the view!
xx- Christina
